TOWARD LIVING LANDSCAPES
We live and act in a particular momentum, acknowledging a multiple eco- sociological crisis. We are convinced that today and tomorrow, landscape architecture matters more than ever. Our projects take place in the European context and beyond. We are dealing with heritage sites, derelict voids, vast post-industrial sites, coastlines and territories calling for regeneration. In our practice, we seek to develop tactics that strengthen weak and fragile landscapes in order to co-construct living landscapes.
SKILLS
From Rotterdam to Barcelona, from Paris to Brussels, the structure of the practice has, since 2006, been envisaged as an evolving entity, adaptive and responsive to those heterogeneous and complex challenges. How? The practice acts as a conductor, curator, and mediator of complex transformation processes.
Understanding tacit knowledge of cultivation and bricolage, we use strategic thinking as a critical tool to redefine future landscapes. Our Projects range from the design of public spaces, city campus strategic guide plan, urban regeneration strategies, prospective research and studies.
